The Program Guide is the most comprehensive source of information about the Festival. It is read cover-to-cover by festival attendees, when choosing their films and referred to constantly during the Festival. Many keep the guide for reference (film information, community listings) long after the Festival is over. 22,500 copies are distributed to strategic locations around the city of Los Angeles, and continuing until the end of the Festival. The Guide is also mailed to WIND members and a range of business and community leaders who support the Festival.
With over 200,000 hits/month on the WIND International Film Festival page, we can see that this is quickly becoming the most important tool for communicating with members, festival-goers and the filmmaking community. The Festival website is live already, say tuned as regular updates are being made to it. This will soon include Festival program guide, event and party information with an on-line box office with links to trailers and reviews. Post–Festival award announcements, submission information, press releases and screening/event invitations, and so on, and will keep the site active throughout the year
The Festival Pull-out guide appears on www.ezwaymobile.com , as well as the WIND International Film Festival, in the weeks leading up to the Festival. The Pull-out guide is the detailed overview of the film reviews, feature stories and director profiles.
The pre-screening slides display sponsor advertisement on the screen upon entrance of the audience into the theater. Slides are in full view for 10 to 20 minutes before two days of Festival screening .
The WIND International Film Festival encourages filmmakers to create a 45-second trailer that involves the audience, builds excitement and promotes the Festival sponsors. The trailer is played before every Festival screening.
Large backdrops printed with the Festival Identity and sponsor logos are positioned for red carpet interviews, with maximum visibility at all Festival celebrations and celebrity events.
Festival Print Advertisements:
Printed in EZWay Magazine, Fortune Magazine and Javanan Magazine. Sponsor logo placement on advertisements, from March to July to keep the momentum and, WIND Festival the talk of the day.
Posters are distributed three weeks before the Festival and include indoor and outdoor placement in the city, in the most visited sites. They are designed to add an inescapable layer of awareness to our advertising campaign.
Event Day Staff Volunteer t-shirts:
The Festival relies heavily on our volunteers to ensure the smooth flow of traffic in and out of the theatres and to assist with other front-of-house duties. As part of the volunteer T-shirt design, sponsor logos are constantly visible to all audience members throughout the event.

Several print runs of Festival postcards are distributed throughout the city, and communities, as an initial reminder of the upcoming Festival promoting its many highlights.
Over 2000 tickets are sold annually to the Festival with many screenings sold out well before the actual day. Logo exposure on the front of the tickets is an exclusive benefit presenting the sponsor.
VIP party invites:
Opening Night and Filmmakers’ brunch are among two of the Festival parties where exclusive invitations are issued to Festival VIP’s, sponsors and industry guests. The Presenting Sponsor is recognized on all party invites.
Voting prior and during the WIND Film Festival:
A weblink will be provided on the WIND Film Festival official website for voting submission, and will be open during the screening of their favorite film only. Close to 2000 ballots are handed out to all audience members at every screening to vote for their chosen films. Presenting Sponsor’s logo is on all ballots.
Prior to each Festival screening, the Presenting Sponsor and the screening sponsor will be acknowledged in the introductory speeches.
